I had a question before I bought my kit.  I sent a question about the product to the company.  I was very surprised when I talked to a live person.  Usually when a company gets a question they have already heard it and they send you a generic email to answer.  I got a phone call from the company.  Wow.  Now that is customer service.  --  Stan Bartlett

Talking to a friend of mine I noticed her teeth were so much whiter than mine.  I asked her if she went to the dentist to have them whitened.  She told me she actually whitened them at work, on the way to the grocery store, while working out, and sometimes while watching TV.  My response was, "so you got those strips from the drug store?".  I was wrong.  She had been using NovaWhite.  After I had my custom trays made, I was using them whenever and where ever I wanted to use them too.
